Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must register it on our website. Either as a guest or with your login and password.
Then all you have to do is fill in the return form included in the parcel. If you no longer have it, you can either download it from the “My orders” section or request it from our customer service department.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our Terms and Conditions and Return Policy apply only to sales to individual consumers. We do not accept returns for purchases made for professional or commercial purposes (including fashion design, advertising, movie and video production, or other similar uses).

You can return your package to our Paris boutique free of charge. Only refund requests will be accepted by our boutique.

If you asked for a refund, in the next 15 days, the money transfer will be made to the bank account used for your order.
We will proceed with the size exchange if the customer requested it when creating the exchange request online (within the limit of available stock).
Regarding a returned item dropped at the boutique, the refund will not be made by one of our sales assistants. The transfer will be made to your bank account within the next 7 days.
