Has my order been successfully placed?
You can track the status of your order at any time in your "My Account" area, under the "Orders" section.
Once your order has been marked as "shipped," you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your parcel’s delivery on the La Poste website.
The confirmation message may have slipped into your spam: don't forget to take a look.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
Our logistics team gets to work immediately to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it can therefore neither be modified nor canceled, even if it has not yet been dispatched.
Missing part or wrong item
You can modify or cancel your order as long as its status is not marked as "Order Shipped".
If your order hasn’t yet been handed over to the carrier, we invite you to contact our customer service to request a modification or cancellation, if still possible.
If your order has already been shipped, please reach out directly to the carrier.
Please note that it is not possible to add additional items to an existing order. If you wish to purchase more items, we invite you to place a new order.
How to return an e-shop purchase?
You received your Antik Batik order but one (or more) item(s) didn’t work out? No worries!
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us of your intention to return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange.
Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
- new, never worn, and clean
- original packaging, with the clothing tag still attached
- duly completed return form
Returns that don’t meet these conditions cannot be accepted by our logistics team. You can drop off your return in one of our stores or send it back by post.
Where can I find my return form?
Super simple — it was included in your original package!cIt’s also available in your Antik Batik account, under the “My returns” section.
Just fill it out and include it in your return parcel.

Return shipping costs and risks are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Only returns sent by post to our warehouse can be accepted.
How to return a boutique purchase?
You can return your parcel free of charge to our Paris boutique:
ANTIK BATIK, 12 rue des Minimes, 75003 Paris, France
Your parcel will be accepted during regular store hours.
Have you received my return?
Returns take about 8 working days to reach us after sending.
Once received, the wolves open your packages one by one, which can take a little time.
If the deadline is exceeded, we invite you to write to us here, specifying the reference of your order and attaching proof of delivery.
When will I be compensated?
Compensation (refund or credit) is made within 7 days of registering your return.
A refund is made directly to the bank card used for the purchase.
What are our delivery methods and times?
Express delivery: 48 working hours
Standard delivery: 4-5 working days*
Delivery in store – Click & Collect: Every Wednesday
*For deliveries outside France, delivery times may be a little longer.
**For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.
