If you made an order, you can contact us with your order number and e-mail address used during the purchase.
If you wish to return your item, please contact us directly. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact the person who placed the order so that he/she can provide you with the order number in order to register the return via our returns portal.

My Order
Has my order been successfully placed?
You can track the status of your order at any time in your "My Account" area, under the "Orders" section.
Once your order has been marked as "shipped," you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your parcel’s delivery on the La Poste website.
The confirmation message may have slipped into your spam: don't forget to take a look.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
Our logistics team gets to work immediately to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it can therefore neither be modified nor canceled, even if it has not yet been dispatched.
Missing part or wrong item
You can modify or cancel your order as long as its status is not marked as "Order Shipped".
If your order hasn’t yet been handed over to the carrier, we invite you to contact our customer service to request a modification or cancellation, if still possible.
If your order has already been shipped, please reach out directly to the carrier.
Please note that it is not possible to add additional items to an existing order. If you wish to purchase more items, we invite you to place a new order.
Returns and Refunds
How to return an e-shop purchase?
You received your Antik Batik order but one (or more) item(s) didn’t work out? No worries!
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us of your intention to return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange.
Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
- new, never worn, and clean
- original packaging, with the clothing tag still attached
- duly completed return form
Returns that don’t meet these conditions cannot be accepted by our logistics team. You can drop off your return in one of our stores or send it back by post.
Where can I find my return form?
Super simple — it was included in your original package!cIt’s also available in your Antik Batik account, under the “My returns” section.
Just fill it out and include it in your return parcel.

Return shipping costs and risks are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Only returns sent by post to our warehouse can be accepted.
How to return a boutique purchase?
You can return your parcel free of charge to our Paris boutique:
ANTIK BATIK, 19 rue des Minimes, 75003 Paris, France
Your parcel will be accepted during regular store hours.
Have you received my return?
Returns typically take around 8 business days to arrive at our warehouse once shipped.
After receipt, our team inspects and processes each return individually, which can take a little time.
If this timeframe is exceeded, please reach out via this form, providing your order reference and proof of delivery.
When will I be compensated?
Compensation (refund or store credit) is issued within 14 days of registering your return.
Refunds are made directly to the bank card used for the purchase.
