Our pieces are made to last. By taking care of them, you ensure their longevity:
Hand wash. Wash separately. Do not soak.
No bleaching.
Iron at a medium temperature.
Professional dry cleaning is accepted.
Do not tumble dry.

Chest circumference: 104 cm.
Sleeve length: 73.5 cm.

ERWAN SHETLAND SWEATERS

This piece is crafted using Fair Isle, an ancient technique originating in the Shetland Islands, which involves knitting two colored threads per row to create delicately contrasting geometric patterns. These designs were created in Paris.

This piece is the result of a collaboration with a Scottish company founded in 1881, renowned for its craftsmanship and exacting standards. Together, we worked with a 2.11 yarn made from New Zealand wool, renowned for its purity and fineness. This yarn, knitted according to Shetland tradition, has a fineness of 16/18 microns, a guarantee of remarkable softness and quality, whereas standard wool is generally around 12 microns. The micron measures the height of the hair that makes up the yarn: the higher it is, the more noble the material.
