Crafted from sheer cotton voile, this blouse is adorned with a hand-printed floral pattern in shades of navy blue and rose. It features puffed sleeves and an open collar, allowing it to be worn off the shoulders or with a bare neckline. A cotton tie at the shoulders enables a customizable fit.
