2. Find out easily our pieces
You can easily find out our products on our website www.antikbatik.com by using our search engine located on the top right hand corner of the web page. The research can be made with keywords. It is also possible to narrow down the search by using the filters on each page showing the products.
3. Create a wishlist
You can create a wishlist from the product record desired by clicking on “wishlist”. This product will automatically be added to your wish list. If you were logged in, your discarded shopping basket will be added to your wish list within two hours. You can access at any time to your wish list from your account Antik Batik by clicking on the section “My account” on the top right hand corner of the webpage. All the products added to your wish list will be reachable by clicking on “wishlist and alerts”. You can add them straight to your shopping basket by choosing its size and by clicking on “Add to my basket” or by going back on its page by clicking on the picture of the product. Adding a product to a wishlist doesn’t mean that the product is reserved for you. It can be sold out at any time if other customers proceed to the payment of their shopping basket.
4. Add an item to your shopping basket
To add an item to your shopping basket, we invite you to go on the page of the product that you would like to purchase. Select your size then click on “Add to my basket”.
5. Access to your basket
In order to check your shopping basket and order the products placed, click on “Shopping basket” at the top right hand corner of the web page. It is also possible to have a look at your basket just after adding a product by clicking on “Order”. You will be able to check the content of your basket and edit it : you can delete some items by clicking on the black cross in front of the product name.
6. Confirmation of your order
When the payment of your order has been accepted by our payment system Ogone or Paypal, an acknowledgement page and a summary of the informations concerning your order show up. A confirmation email of your detailed order is also sent at the email address attached to your account Antik Batik. We advise you to keep the relative informations of your order until its delivery, they will be asked by our customer service to handle any request regarding your order.
7. Place an order on Antikbatik.com
In order to place an order on Antikbatik, please find the steps to follow below. Select your products on the site www.antikbatik.com and click on “Add to my basket”, then, “Order”. You need to be log in to your account to place an order. Type down the informations needed regarding the billing and the delivery and select your shipping method. Select your payment method then enter your bank details. Your order is considered as approved once the acknowledgment page and the summary of the order informations appear.
8. Edit or cancel your order
You can edit or cancel your order as long as it doesn’t appear with the statuts “Order sent”. If your order hasn’t been given to our carrier, we invite you to contact the customer service here to ask for a cancellation or an editing of your order. If your order has already been sent, please contact the carrier. The editing of your order doesn’t concern additional products. If you want to purchase more products, we invite you to place a new order.

We keep the products placed in your shopping basket within 2 hours. After two hours, they will not appear in your basket anymore. When you add a product in your basket, it is not reserved. We can not guarantee the availability of the products in your basket. The products can be sold out at any time if other customers proceed to the payment of their items. You can find again your products in “My account” section. Warning, adding some products to your wish list doesn’t mean that they are reserved to you.

Each year, Antik Batik presents two big collections. They are frequently completed by capsule collection during the year.
2. Maintain your pieces
Our pieces are delicate and fragile and should be handle with the greatest care. Our products are handmade. The print-outs, dyes and embroideries are handmade and unique. The colour or pattern variations reflect the authenticity of the product. They require a hand-washing or dry-washing as written on the tags of each product.
3. Size guide
If you hesitate between two sizes, don’t hesitate to refer you to the description associated to each product. We also invite you to check our size table.
4. Product stock outs
Our delicate pieces are handmade by our craftsmen and take some time to be created. As a consequence, we only have small quantities available online. We try to make replenishment regularly in order to satisfy your wishes. To be informed when a new replenishment has been made, don’t hesitate to go back on the page of the article sold out and click on “Create an alert”. You have access to your alert on “My account” section on the top right hand corner of the webpage and then, in the section “Wishlist and alerts”.

You can create your account Antik Batik by clicking on the section “My account” on the top right hand corner of the page. Enter the information required then confirm. A confirmation email will then be sent to your email address written during the creation of your account. You have 7 days to click on the link sent.
2. Login and logout
You can connect to your account by clicking on the section “My account” on the top right hand corner of the page. On the identification page, enter your IDs.
To logout, click on the section “My account” then, “Logout”.
3. Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password and want to reboot it, click on the section “My account on the top right hand corner of the screen. On the identification page, click on “Password forgotten ?”. Write the email address used during the creation of your account. You will receive an email which will allow you to reboot your password.
4. Edit your password
To edit your password, login to your account and go in the section “My account”. Click on the section “My informations” on the left. You will simply have to type down your older password and enter the new one and then approve.

To get informed by all Antik Batik news, subscribe to the newsletter. Below the title “Subscribe to our newsletter” on the bottom of the page, enter your email address. You will then be asked your civility, your name and your country before approving your subscription. A confirmation email from Antik Batik will be sent to your email address entered online.

You can edit your personal informations from your account. Login and go on the section “My account” to edit your informations.

You can unsubscribe from Antik Batik newsletter at any time. Click on the link “Unsubscribe” present on each newsletter Antik Batik. A soon as your unsubscribe request will be made, you won’t receive any email from Antik Batik.

Regarding the law n°78-17 from the 6th January 1978 concerning the software, the files and the freedoms, the site has been declared at the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) under the number 2068989. The informations of your account are only used as part of your commercial relation with www.antikbatik.com. These informations will never be shared or sold. You don’t have access to your bank details. The transactions are all treated by Paypal or OGONE.
We inform you that the personal details collected on the site www.antikbatik.com are exclusively aimed at Antik Batik in compliance with the customer approve. All the personal details are strictly confidential, regarding the law 78-17 from the 6th January 1978 concerning the software, the files and the freedoms. Your personal details are necessary to manage orders and communicate about our latest news. Your personal details can be transmitted to our partners who operate in the order process. You personal details are also kept for security purposes in order to respect the legal and contractual obligations which will result in an improvement of our services. 1. Accepted payment modes
You can proceed to the payment of your order on www.antikbatik.com via credit card (visa, mastercard and american express) and via Paypal. The website doesn’t allow the payment with different payment modes and by payments in several times.
2. Pay an order
To pay your order you need to enter your bank details on the webpage generated by the payment system Ogone or Paypal. Click on “I confirm my payment” so that Ogone can debit your account. We guarantee you that the bank transactions made on www.antikbatik.com are secured thanks to the SSL certificate which guarantees the encryption of the payment pages and the confidentiality of your datas. You can save your credit card in order to save time for your next payment. You will just need to enter the cryptogram of this card to confirm your payment. It is possible to manage your payment modes saved in the section “My account” by clicking on “My payment modes”.
3. Price of our products
The price of our products in euros on www.antikbatik.com include the VAT but don’t take into account the potential shipping costs. Same for the dollar pricing which includes the VAT but doesn’t take into account the potential shipping costs. For a delivery in France and in Europe, it is possible to pay in euro. For a shipping outside Europe, the payment will be in dollar. Please choose the right e-shop store corresponding to your country delivery zone on the top left hand corner of the page.
4. Edit an invoice
You can check your order invoices directly on your account Antik Batik by clicking on “My account” then on the section “My orders”. By doing this, you will be able to see all your orders history. Click on “Download my invoice” on the right to get your invoice.
1. Delivery zones
We are happy to be able to ship your orders worldwide. We invite you to click on the right store corresponding to your country delivery zone. On the top right hand corner, choose “FR” if you want your order to be delivered in metropolitan France, Corsica or Monaco. Choose “Eu” for a delivery in UE, Switzerland and DOM-TOM (apart from Compione d’Italia, Livigno, Lugano, San marin, Vatican, Ceuta, Melilla, Canaries, Teneriffe, Iles Féroé, Groenland, Mont Athos, Ile de Helgoland, Busingen, Iles Aland). To be delivered in the USA, simply choose the “US $” store. For the rest of the world, choose the “INT” store.
2. Time periods, costs and shipping methods per zone
Antik Batik proposes different types of delivery to the address of your choice depending on the delivery zones. The shipping mode has to be chosen when you submit your order at the stage 4 “Shipping method”. Your order will be sent from our atelier on the same day if you have submitted your order before 4 p.m (french time zone). To respect the delivery time, please provide us the complete right informations of your delivery address (such as : street/building/stairs number, access code, name and/or intercom number, etc.). Inexact informations risk to provide further delays or a second expedition.
For a delivery in metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, Antik Batik has 4 different delivery modes :
o Standard shipping with Colissimo without signature : free Your package will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days from the expedition date.
o Pick-up & go location with Colissimo : free You can choose to receive your package at one of the 7500 delivery points of Colissimo everywhere in France. Your package will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days from the expedition date. The merchants are often open till 8 p.m and on the weekends. No added costs charged. You will receive an email to inform you that your package has arrived and can be picked up at the delivery point in the next 10 business days. After 10 days, the package will be sent back to us. Don’t forget to bring your ID card to pick up the package.
o Delivery at the boutique Antik Batik : free Antik Batik can deliver your order in our parisian boutique. Your package will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days from the expedition date. You will receive an email to inform you that your package has arrived and can be picked up at the delivery point in the next 10 business days. You will be asked to show your order number and a valid ID card. You can pick up your package at the usual hours. Find our boutiques here for more information.
o Express delivery via TNT with signature : 9,50€ Your package will be delivered in 24h to 48h from the expedition date. If the package can’t be delivered, it will be dropped at a pick-up & go location TNT near your address. A text message or an email from TNT will inform you about the pick-up and go location address.
For a delivery in UE, Switzerland and in the DOM TOM, Antik Batik has 3 different shipping methods :
o Standard shipping with Colissimo without signature : 9,50€ Your package will be delivered in 4 to 5 business days from the expedition date.
o Pick-up & go location with Colissimo : 9,50€ You can choose to receive your package at one of the 13 000 delivery points of Colissimo located in 8 european countries. Your package will be delivered in 4 to 5 business days from the expedition date. The merchants are often open till 8 p.m and on the weekends. No added costs charged. They are located in the following countries : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Great-Britain. You will receive an email to inform you that your package has arrived and can be picked up at the delivery point in the next 10 business days. After 10 days, the package will be sent back to us. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID card to pick up the package.
o Express delivery via TNT with signature : 18€ Your package will be delivered in 48h to 72h from the expedition date. If the package can’t be delivered, it will be dropped at a pick-up & go location TNT near your address. A text message or an email from TNT will inform you about the pick-up and go location address.
For a delivery in non european countries, Antik Batik has 2 different shipping methods :
o Standard shipping with Colissimo without signature : 18$ For non european countries, your package will be delivered in 5 to 8 business days from the expedition date.
o Express delivery via TNT with signature : 36$ Your package will be delivered in 48h to 72h from the expedition date. If the package can’t be delivered, it will be dropped at a pick-up & go location TNT near your address. A text message or an email from TNT will inform you about the pick-up and go location address.
3. Complete or edit your delivery address
You can edit your delivery address if your package hasn’t been sent yet from our atelier. The delivery addresses of our pick-up and go location of Colissimo can’t be edited. In order to edit your personal delivery address, we invite you to contact our customer service. Please indicate your order number, your name and the edit to make. Note that the change of the address can further the delay. Once your order confirmed, the method of shipping can’t be changed. We invite you to contact the carrier.
4. Track an order
You can track your package by login to your account Antik Batik. You just need to login by clicking on the section “My account” then, go on the section “My orders” and select the order you would like to track by clicking on “Check my order” the, “Track my package” on the right. The package can still have the status “on going” which means that the package is still being prepared in our atelier. As soon as your order is sent, the status will show “Sent” and you will receive an email with the number of tracking attached. The status “Awaiting disposal order” means that your package has arrived at the pick & go location or in our boutique. Once you have received your order, the statut “Order delivered” will appear. If you have chosen the delivery at the boutique, you will receive one last email once it has arrived at the boutique.
1. Return and exchange terms
You have received your order placed on www.antikbatik.com but an item doesn’t fit you. You have 14 days from the day you have received your package to inform us about your return request (refund or exchange). The returned items must be in perfect state, never worn or damaged. The tag must be attached and the the item must be sent in its original package. A completed return voucher must be returned in the package. Your return package must be drop at one of our boutique or sent to our atelier.
2. Create a return or exchange request
The request is quick and easy to make from your account Antik Batik. Click on the section “My account” then select the order which concerns the item(s) you would like to send back in “Check my order” then “Create a return” on the right. After this, you just need to tick the box of the item you would like to return. We will send you by email a return number in the next 48 hours after checking the delay authorised to return a product and checking the availability of the item in the right size. Only the exchange of sizes and colours can be made by Antik Batik. The return number must be written on the return voucher to put inside the return parcel.
3. Find your return voucher
The return voucher is already inside the package of your order. It is also available in your personal space Antik Batik in the section “my returns”. You will just need to fill out the form and put it inside the return parcel.
4. Send your return parcel
Please write down the following address on the return parcel : ANTIK BATIK LE PERIPOLE Cellule 207A – 33, avenue du Maréchal de Lattre Tassigny 94120 FONTENAY SOUS BOIS. Note that the costs of return of the parcel shall be borne by the customer. We advise you to use a service which offers tracking. Note that the return package can only be sent by post to our atelier Drop your return package at the boutique Antik Batik You can drop for free your return package at our boutique. Only the refund requests can be accepted in our boutique. We will not provide any exchange in our boutique. Please find the informations regarding our boutiques here.
5. Follow up the state of your return parcel
You can track your parcel at any time from your personal account Antik Batik in the section “My account”. You will find in this category all your ongoing, requested and achieved returns. It is also possible to track your new reposted parcel from this section via the tracking link.
6. The compensation mode
The compensation mode will be made after checking the conformity of the returned piece. If you asked for a refund, in the next 15 days, the money transfer will be made on the bank account thanks to which you placed your order. The shipping costs of your order will be refund if all the items of your order have been sent back to us. We will proceed to the size exchange if the customer asked it when creating its exchange request online (within the limit of stocks available). Regarding a returned item dropped at the boutique, the refund will not be made by one of our sales assistant. The transfer will be made on your bank account in the next 7 days. The shipping costs of your order will be refund if all the items of your order have been sent back to us.
7. Non-compliant order
Our products are unique as they are made by hand by our craftsmen in India. For this reason, slighted differences can appear. However, if you have received a defective item, we suggest you to contact our customer service.
